Use Macro in ChatGPT

Do this once, on a computer. Keep your iPhone with Macro near you.

Open ChatGPT
  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Plugins, then Browse plugins › Create app.
  2. Paste these:
    NameMacro
    DescriptionMy food log, food library, goals and nutrition search from the Macro iPhone app
    MCP Server URLhttps://macro.coastalsunbeam.com/mcp
  3. Set Authentication to OAuth. Leave client ID and secret empty.
  4. Tick the trust box, click Create, then Connect.
  5. A page with a code and a QR code opens. Scan the QR code with your iPhone camera and tap Allow in Macro. ChatGPT finishes by itself.
